About the Role We are an Amazon-first supplement brand with a strong track record in the US market. We are now looking for a Senior External Traffic Manager to own and scale profitable traffic from outside Amazon into our listings.
This is a sales-driven growth role. You will build and manage external acquisition channels that bring high-intent buyers to our product pages and generate measurable, incremental revenue.
Social media may be part of the mix. But this is not a community management or content posting role. This is about performance, revenue, and profitability.
What You Will Own Develop and execute a clear external traffic strategy focused on Amazon
Build scalable influencer and affiliate programs
Secure and manage SEO and content partnerships
Test selective paid media channels where compliant
Test and scale emerging traffic sources, such as AI-driven referral traffic
Track incrementality, profitability and impact on organic rank
Own revenue targets tied to external traffic performance
You are accountable for commercial outcomes, and you know which channels deserve focus and which to deprioritise.

SEO driven content and comparison platforms
AI assistants and LLM-based discovery
Selective performance media where compliant
Strategic partnerships such as newsletters and podcasts
Required Experience Demonstrated experience driving external traffic to Amazon listings
Clear proof of results, including revenue impact and profitability
Experience in supplements, skincare, wellness or other high trust consumer categories
Strong understanding of attribution and incrementality
Experience managing meaningful budgets
Comfortable operating with ownership and accountability
