Role Overview

\n

We are looking for an imaginative and highly skilled

\n

Creative Director to elevate our brand identity and visual storytelling. This role sits at the heart of how HappyRobot presents itself to the world, playing a key part in shaping our overarching visual language across our website, brand collateral, campaigns, and major company moments.

\n

What You’ll Do

\n

Create high-impact growth and marketing assets, including static images, animated videos, and visual content across channels

\n

Support brand awareness and social lead generation through strong, consistent visual storytelling

\n

Partner closely with product marketing on launches, campaigns, and positioning

\n

Design assets that clearly communicate complex AI and enterprise concepts in a simple, engaging way

\n

Contribute to marketing initiatives that drive pipeline and GTM performance

\n

Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining a high bar for craft and polish

\n

Must Have

\n

Exceptional graphic design skills, backed by a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise

\n

Experience creating assets for growth, marketing, or GTM teams

\n

Ability to design for multiple formats (social, video, digital campaigns, launch assets)

\n

Experience collaborating closely with product marketing and cross-functional partners

\n

Strong visual storytelling instincts and attention to detail

\n

Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
