The jobholder is responsible for the supervision of the Logistic Operator (LO) in the plant for all its scope:
- Aircraft and big section handling: AST rotation, Flight Line A/C movement, etc.
- Beluga unloading maneuver
- Industrial means movements
**RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Perform a supervision of the handling maneuvers ensuring they are performed safely, and in accordance with operational planning and priorities.
- Follow up daily handling planning with LO, coordinating Production’s priorities.
- Collaborate in the resolution of incidences, analyzing with LO the root cause and monitoring the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to Airbus processes and procedures in the LO’s activity, and of the rest of teams involved in Handling.
- Proposes improvements to the stablished processes, looking for safety, efficiency and savings.
The jobholder will be integrated in the Industrial Services San Pablo team, which gives Service to A400M and LTA programs in San Pablo, managing Handling, Industrial Organization, Industrial Maintenance and Tooling, Fuel, Workwear, etc.
