Lead industrialization projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination across different departmentsPlan and manage investments in molds, automation, and other high‐value assets to improve efficiency and achieve production targetsAnalyze current and future capacities of the machines and propose modifications of them to be effective and efficientSearch and implement improvements in machines and processes to make them more efficient, as automation technologiesSupervise the design, development, and implementation of new molds, ensuring compliance with production requirements and quality standardsManage the acquisition and integration of plastic injection molding and automatic machines into the production process, ensuring correct installation and performanceValidate new products, molds, and materials according to required standardsSelect engineering suppliers and support negotiations and conflict managementKeep all documentation updated (flow diagrams, PFMEA, control plans, SOPs) according to the latest processesLead and develop a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment Qualifications
