- Shining 3 D We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Specialist with a passion for business development to drive the commercial growth of our digital solutions.
This role is designed for a "hybrid" professional who can bridge the gap between technical expertise and commercial execution.
You will be a key player in generating opportunities, strengthening relationships with distributors, and ensuring the successful adoption of our full digital workflow (Scan, Design & Print).
Working closely with the Regional Manager, you will act as a sales enabler, providing the necessary technical-commercial push to convert leads into clinical success stories.
Drive and develop business opportunities across the Iberia region, managing the full sales pipeline and ensuring consistent growth.
• Lead & Opportunity Management: Actively follow up on commercial leads and qualify opportunities generated during daily activities and marketing efforts.
• Product Promotion & Demonstrations: Conduct high-level presentations and "hands-on" technical demonstrations of our digital workflow to clinics, labs, and partners.
• Provide direct commercial and technical commercial support to our distribution network, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to effectively sell our solutions.
• Events & Congresses: Lead the company's presence at trade shows and scientific meetings (e.g., Responsible for technical setup, live demos, and qualifying leads to ensure high conversion rates.
• Requirements: • Experience: Proven track record in B2 B sales or business development.
Experience in Dental Digital, CAD/CAM, or Medical Devices is highly valued.
• While this is a sales role, a solid understanding of digital workflows, intraoral scanners, or similar 3 D technologies is a significant advantage.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to negotiate, present, and train diverse audiences (from clinic owners to distributor sales teams).
• Fluency in Spanish and Professional English is required for international coordination.
• Tools: Proficient in CRM management and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
