In this role, you will shape data and AI UX for a global platform, driving end-to-end UX research and design to improve decision-making and daily workflows. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate insights into personas, journeys, and actionable recommendations, while upholding accessibility and design system standards. • Lead end-to-end UX research and design from discovery to final visual design
• Conduct interviews, usability tests, and analyses; translate insights into personas and user journeys
• Create and refine prototypes to validate ideas and iterate
• Ensure accessibility and consistency with design systems and guidelines
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and stakeholders and communicate findings clearly
• Identify and prioritize user pain points to drive platform improvements
Responsabilidades
• Several years of experience as a UX researcher/designer in complex, technical environments (e.g., global data platforms) or scientific contexts (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medicine, research)
• Experience with enterprise platforms for data and AI applications
• Ability to translate research into personas, jobs-to-be-done, and user journeys for data/AI personas; quantify impact (e.g., time to first insight, task success rates, adoption)
• Proficiency in user research, information xpzdshu architecture, prototyping (e.g., Figma Make), user journey mapping, visual design, design systems and accessibility (WCAG)
• Structured, independent working style; strong collaboration in cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
• Excellent communication skills in English; German and Spanish a plus
