Experteer Overview In this role you will manage replenishment across Henkel’s global distribution network, aligning with demand planners and the Logistics Execution team to ensure timely fulfillment. You will monitor inventory health, prevent stockouts, and optimize obsolete or slow-moving stock. You’ll secure replenishment processes to meet customer needs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers hands-on impact in a global planning environment, shaping how we balance service levels and inventory targets.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Execute replenishment activities across the global distribution network and monitor shortage alerts for the SKP portfolio - Collaborate with demand planners to validate forecasts and ensure planning system accuracy - Work with the Logistics Execution team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment - Monitor inventory levels and manage obsolete, slow-moving, blocked, and excess stock through strategic actions - Secure replenishment processes considering customer requirements and shortage alerts - Maintain accurate planning master data with Master Data Administrators - Collaborate with NPI Coordinator to manage product lifecycle in the planning system (phase-in/phase-out) - Generate supply chain reports, organize regular calls, and propose CI initiatives - Control end-to-end planning quality for the SKP portfolio to meet KPIs (service level, inventory) - Drive process improvements in collaboration with global supply planning teams - Develop optimized planning processes aligned with global standards and implement corrective actionsResponsabilidades - 1–2 years of experience in supply chain management or project management - Proficiency in analytical tools like Excel and Power BI - Fluent in English;
