Senior Manager, Contract Fulfillment EMEA
Summary of the role
As the Senior Manager, Contract Fulfillment EMEA, you'll oversee the implementation of contractual conditions for regional airlines. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams, enhance ways of working, support negotiations, and minimize revenue leakage. Your responsibilities include account management, contract fulfillment, business support, continuous improvement, and team leadership.
This role is part of Amadeus' Revenue Management and Collection (R&C) department within the Corporate Finance organization. This department oversees Amadeus' business billing and collection processes.
In this role, you’ll
1. Manage Account Relationships
1. Serve as the main contact for Digital Transformation Services (DTS) and stakeholders
2. Build strong advocacy for DTS services
3. Identify key stakeholders, plan relationships, and foster partnerships with Business Partners
2. Ensure Contract Fulfillment
4. Deliver monthly Contract Fulfillment activities for the EMEA Region, meeting quality KPIs
5. Detect and address Revenue Leakages, implementing solutions
6. Manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and cooperate with solution teams
3. Provide Business Support
7. Actively participate in forums to influence business decisions, reducing impacts on billing
8. Support Commercial and Commercial Finance teams in negotiations, advising on end-to-end Revenue Management processes
9. Offer a mid/long-term vision, influencing department strategy based on a broad understanding of the environment
4. Drive Continuous Improvement
10. Ensure Operational Excellence for optimal results, collaborating on improvement strategies
11. Lead the implementation of improvements, monitor effectiveness, and perform Contract Fulfillment Sanity checks
12. Collaborate in the implementation of a new Knowledge Management process, supporting the team with databases, training, and onboarding
5. Lead and Motivate Teams
13. Motivate team members, set smart goals, and share expectations
14. Upskill and develop team members, supporting them through change and transition
15. Foster communication and cooperation within the team, encouraging constructive confrontation and reinforcing team goals
About the ideal candidate
16. University degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field
17. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in travel/tech industry or airlines preferred, with at least 3 years in people management
18. Proficient in MS Office; Knowledge of Eloqua, Salesforce, Seismic Workfront or other marketing tools knowledge and expertise a plus
19. Proficient in English (both verbal and written); another language is a plus
20. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
21. Critical thinker with strategic vision and continuous improvement mindset
22. Ability to clearly articulate complex information to a wide range of audiences
23. Strong strategic, planning, and organizational skills and ability to execute on plans to meet objectives
