At Einhell España, we are looking for an experienced and driven E-commerce Manager to lead the development and growth of our online business.
This role will be at the center of our digital expansion, with a strong focus on Amazon as well as the development of our presence with major online retailers and pure players.

As E-commerce Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Einhell's digital business in Spain. You will be part of the Sales leadership team, working closely with the international E-commerce central team while reporting directly to the management team at Einhell España. This is a highly strategic role combining commercial ownership, digital strategy and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for defining and executing the e-commerce growth strategy, ensuring strong commercial performance and profitability across all digital channels.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading the strategic development of the E-commerce channel, identifying growth opportunities across marketplaces and digital partners.
- Managing the Amazon account end-to-end, combining strategic planning with hands-on operational management.
- Developing Amazon Advertising strategies (Sponsored Ads and DSP) to drive sales growth, profitability and New-to-Brand customer acquisition.
- Monitoring and analyzing key E-commerce KPIs such as sales performance, conversion, visibility, advertising ROI and overall channel profitability.
- Working closely with internal teams (purchasing, logistics and marketing) to ensure accurate forecasting, product availability and smooth operational execution.
- Analyzing and validating potential delivery penalties or PQVs, identifying improvement opportunities within operational processes.
- Developing and strengthening partnerships with online pure players and major digital or hybrid retailers.
- Proactively identifying new growth opportunities within the digital ecosystem and building strong long-term partnerships with key online accounts.
The role will be supported by an E-commerce Operations Manager and an E-commerce Advertising Manager.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a professional who truly lives and breathes E-commerce, with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving online growth.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce or marketplace management, ideally with Amazon.
- Proven experience selling consumer goods through E-commerce channels, preferably within the DIY, home improvement, hardware or consumer electronics sectors.
- Experience developing and managing E-commerce PPC strategies, particularly within Amazon Advertising.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities and optimize margins.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and drive digital growth.
- Fluent English (C1 level) required to collaborate with international teams.
- People person with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate and collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners.
Education
- Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
- Master's degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing or Business Management will be considered a strong advantage.
