We are looking for a Global Lead Generation Automation Manager to join the Mid-Market Commercial Operations team on a temporary contract -Full-time maternity cover (approximately 5 months, starting mid-January) -.
In this role, you'll help drive the company's digital lead generation strategy through marketing automation and campaign execution. You'll work closely with international teams to ensure campaigns are consistent, optimized, and aligned across markets - using Eloqua and CRM tools to engage prospects and support business growth.

Digital campaigns: Assist in executing digital campaigns using Eloqua, including email and landing page setup, form creation and automated campaigns configuration. Help monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., Contribute to the maintenance and update of integral assets such as preference centers, form templates, and branded components. Marketing automation: Help maintain training materials and process guides for marketing teams. Monitor basic data flows between Eloqua, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), and lead capture sources.
Contract: Temporary (maternity leave replacement - starting mid-January).
