We are looking for a motivated and strategic junior KAM to develop, manage, and grow different brands we distribute like DREO, JISULIFE, JMGO, NAVIMOW, OUTIN, EZVIZ, ECOFLOW, ONOFF.
This person will be responsible for driving sales through distributors, integrators, value added resellers and strategic partners, ensuring strong market penetration and long-term success
Key Responsibilities
Channel Strategy & Development
* Design and implement a channel strategy to expand sales across targeted markets.
* Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage distributors, resellers, and strategic partners.
Sales & Revenue Growth
* Drive channel sales performance to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
* Support partners on deals, pricing, competitive positioning, and technical requirements.
Market Intelligence
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Identify new business opportunities or verticals.
* Share insights with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to improve offerings and go‐to‐market strategies.
Required Qualifications
* Demonstrated success generating revenues
* Strong understanding of sales processes, integrator models, and distribution networks.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‐building skills.
* Ability to analyse performance metrics and turn insights into actions.
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
