As a Clinical Application Specialist within Image-Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D), you will play a critical role in driving clinical excellence and customer confidence across your territory. You will serve as the primary clinical and technical expert, partnering closely with physicians and catheter laboratory teams to optimize product utilization and patient outcomes.
In this role you will:
1. Deliver primary clinical training and education to customers, ensuring safe, effective, and confident use of Philips IGT-D solutions.
2. Disseminate technical product information and execute structured hospital staff training programs, including hands-on support in the cath lab during clinical procedures.
3. Drive disposable utilization growth, contributing to revenue expansion and strengthening Philips’ market position in alignment with territory and division objectives.
4. Monitor and support the effective use of IntraSight and SyncVision systems through regular user engagement, ensuring seamless adoption from system delivery through full clinical integration.
5. Provide on-site cath lab support during procedures, acting as a trusted clinical partner and technical advisor.
6. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships across physicians, cath lab personnel, training and education teams, research staff, and business office stakeholders.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and other internal teams to identify customer needs, gather competitive intelligence, and support continuous product improvement initiatives.
8. Coordinate and deliver local professional education programs for customers.
9. Process and monitor product complaints in accordance with Philips quality and compliance procedures.
10. Directly contribute to improving procedural efficiency and advancing patient care through innovative image-guided therapy solutions.
You're the right fit if:
11. You hold a BSc or MSc degree in Biomedical Engineering or a clinical/science-related field.
12. You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience providing clinical support in a cath lab environment.
13. You are a native Spanish speaker and good English langauge knowledge
14. You are available to travel extensively (70–80%) to support cath lab procedures across your territory.
15. You demonstrate strong customer orientation, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to build credibility in high-intensity clinical environments.
16. You thrive in dynamic settings, working autonomously while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
