Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for SAP Project Manager.
Location: Hybrid in Barcelona
Employment Type: B2B or Employment Contract
FTE: Full-time
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 end-to-end SAP implementations delivered in a Project Manager role
* Proven experience managing large-scale SAP transformation projects
* Strong knowledge of SAP project delivery methodologies and governance frameworks SAP
* Fluent Spanish language skills (spoken and written)
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT
* Experience managing budgets, timelines, and complex multi-stream project environments
Responsibilities:
* Lead full project lifecycle delivery: requirements consolidation, solution design, implementation, testing, training, validation/qualification, go-live, and post-go-live support
* Own and maintain the overall project plan, including schedule, milestones, and critical path tracking
* Manage project budget, invoicing plans, and financial tracking in coordination with finance stakeholders
* Coordinate resource planning across internal teams, vendors, and external partners
* Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation actions
* Ensure all deliverables comply with RFP and contractual requirements, including:
* Functional and technical design documentation
* Interface specifications
* Test strategy and test plans
* Training strategy, materials, and manuals
* Support and transition plans
* Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, IT teams, and procurement representatives
* Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies, sustainability requirements, and data processing regulations
* Define and monitor SLAs, track performance metrics, and oversee penalty management and service reporting
* Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior stakeholders and governance boards
* Ensure successful transition to operations and stable post-go-live support
