Terms of Employment
10 month position, August 11, 2026 - June 22, 2027
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 based upon experience and credentials
Benefits: Eligible for health, dental, vision, life insurance and LTD
Qualifications/Skills
* Professional Educator License (PEL) registered in Region 06 West Cook
* General Administrative or Principal PK-12 Endorsement, or the ability to obtain this certification within two years
* 5 years of successful teaching experience. Experience in general education and special education preferred
* Completed, or ability to complete, Teacher Evaluation Training Modules
* Experience with Multi-tiered Systems and Supports, and ability to oversee Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 systemic interventions
* Experience with the ability to analyze data and develop interventions to address individual student or classroom behavioral needs in Tier 2 MTSS
* Ability to develop and deliver professional development to groups of staff members
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and families
* Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment
