HPE Networking NWE Services Account Manager Role
This role has been designed as a 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
As part of the HPE Aruba Networking's Services Sales organization, you will play a key role in securing long-term relationships by working closely with customers, local sales teams, partners, and other stakeholders.
You'll be part of a growing, collaborative team of 30 directly working under a growing 5-person unit. This role is a blend of renewals, upsells, and new business, supporting customers with hardware and services critical to their IT operations.
About the Role
You will manage a mix of existing customers (90% farming) and new business development (10% hunting). You will drive renewals by engaging directly with the end customers and unlock additional business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively engage with customers to expand service coverage, defend the installed base, and upsell tailored solutions
* Own the end-to-end renewal cycle, from planning and quoting to negotiation and closure
* Collaborate with presales, local sales, and channel partners to deliver best-in-class customer outcomes
* Maintain an accurate forecast and manage your sales pipeline using HPE tools and processes
What We Need:
* 1+ year of IT Sales experience
* Fluency in German
* Strong sales mindset and a passion for IT
* Strong relationship-building skills and ability to handle renewals and upsells
* Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
