Experteer Overview In this role you support the Plant Manager to run the site effectively and help steer strategic decisions. You will lead three production departments to meet cost, quality, safety, and sustainability targets, and drive continuous improvement using Lean methods. You’ll ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards while fostering a strong safety culture. You work on-site in Montornès del Vallès, collaborating closely with production teams and coordinating cross-functional projects. This is a hands-on leadership position with European travel and deputy responsibilities when needed.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead and manage three production departments to achieve targets
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production areas using Lean
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards
- Coordinate and co-lead projects from planning to execution
- Act as deputy for Plant Manager when required
- Manage plant operations to ensure efficient production and high quality
- Deliver on KPIs, budget, and projects
- Develop plant personnel development plans
- Ensure local regulatory compliance with global procedures
- Maintain on-site presence and close interaction with teamsResponsabilidades
- Industrial, Chemical, or similar Engineering degree
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Minimum 4 years of production experience leading teams in industrial environment (automotive/chemical)
- Strong chemical process knowledge
- Experience in automated environments and solid understanding of Lean methodologies
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards (workplace and process safety)
- Understanding of sustainability principles in industrial operations
- Proven leadership with coaching and team-building experience
- Experience managing improvement or technical projects in production
- Willingness to travel across Europe (1x/month)
