Join a renowned 6-star luxury cruise line as a Sous Chef in charge of the Fish Preparation Station at the main French restaurant. Lead a small team, manage the entire fish process, and explore the globe while advancing your career in luxury hospitality.
About the RoleManage the fish station, supervise a team of 2-3, ensure quality, hygiene, and safety standards, and collaborate with other sections to maintain smooth galley operations.

USD $4,500/month (tax-free, onboard only)
Promotion Opportunities:

Your Responsibilities
Lead fish station operations from raw handling to plating
Mentor and supervise team members
Maintain hygiene, safety, and presentation standards
Coordinate with other galley sections
Prepare mise-en-place for luxury service
Qualifications
3+ years in fine dining, luxury hotels, or cruise ships as Sous Chef
Expertise in fish and seafood, knife skills, plating
Valid STCW, C1/D Visa, Seaman’s Book, Medical
Fluent English, excellent communication
