Experteer OverviewAs Lead Technical Artist at Tripledot Games, you will guide a small technical-art team to deliver high-quality visuals for live and in-development titles. You will bridge art, animation and code within Unity, optimise performance, and mentor your team to improve workflows. This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration to support fast, data-driven game development. You'll shape visuals and technical pipelines that scale across multiple awards and top titles, helping us push craft and performance.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Design and implement the Unity layer linking art/animation with the programmers' codebase
- Build new Unity features including Unity UI following internal workflows
- Write custom C# components for complex visuals
- Optimise features for performance across devices
- Create animations, particle effects and custom shaders
- Lead and mentor a team of 2 Technical Artists
- Participate in product development aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to task planning with other Leads
Responsabilidades

- Experience using Git and applying best practices
