We are now building our first manufacturing site in Spain, located in Linares (Jaén) — and we are expanding our local Digital & IT team. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact, high-growth project from the very beginning. Position: Quality System Engineer As part of the Quality Management Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company's management systems (especially those related to quality and automotive standards) operate correctly, stay updated, and continuously improve. What You Will Do Audit Management & System Review (30%) Lead the planning and execution of internal and external audits of the company's management system. Support management reviews with data, reports, and improvement proposals. System Maintenance & Continuous Improvement (20%) Maintain the company's integrated management system (quality, environment, safety, etc.). Promote safe practices within the quality system processes. Departmental Support (5%) Support additional tasks assigned by the Quality Management Department. What We're Looking For Experience in quality systems, ideally within the automotive industry (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc.). Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Management, or a related field. English required (daily communication); Spanish strongly preferred.
