To help make this happen, we are currently looking for an Inside Sales Manager. You will be expected to make a difference by building an effective and agile team that will help our customers address their information management needs by deploying our unique portfolio of solutions.
Your role in our mission:
* Coach and develop Inside Sales Representatives to achieve performance excellence
* Successfully own sales performance that meets and exceeds strategic initiatives for the business
* Consistently engage and capitalise on key internal partnerships to drive sales growth
* Confident, self-starting Leader, proficient in a solution-first approach in order to win complex sales opportunities
* Create and develop key performance goals that directly impact pipeline acceleration and revenue growth for the business
* Mentor and inspire sales performers for their individual career growth and development
* Source, identify, and onboard premier talent as future performers and contributors to the business
* Encourage the use of all technology platforms supporting the sales motions of the team
Valued skills and experience:
* Passionate approach to employee development through performance achievement and career development plans
* Knowledge of different sales methodologies as a framework for driving an effective sales process
* Fluent English language skills
* Proven ability to create individual development plans as a result of identifying performance gaps and achievement in partnership with sales performers
* Tenacious perspective of navigating multiple layers of customer influencers and decision makers in order to establish customer partnerships early in their buying process
* Unique and proactive commitment to research and identify new opportunities in partnership with the sales team.
