This role supports more than 4,500 integral SAP Signavio customers and focuses on driving adoption, building trusted relationships, and ensuring long-term success.Your future roleAs a Digital Customer Success Manager (D-CSM), you will be part of a team supporting more than 4,500 global SAP Signavio customers.
Your mission is to help customers unlock the full value of their SAP Signavio solutions by driving adoption, building trusted relationships, and ensuring long-term success.You will proactively manage your own portfolio of customers at scale, delivering both 1:1 and 1:many sessions.
You will also support customers reactively via a shared email inbox as part of a pooled Customer Success approach, ensuring timely and high-quality responses to inquiries.
You'll act as a trusted advisor and internal advocate, collaborating with stakeholders from Sales, Product Management, Services, and Renewals.
You\'ll also cultivate customer advocates, securing references, testimonials, and success stories that amplify SAP Signavio across the ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesManaging the overall customer relationship and ensuring value realization across the customer lifecycleMonitoring customer health and supporting adoption, retention, and upsell opportunitiesResponding to customer inquiries via the shared Customer Success inbox and resolving issues efficientlyCreating scalable content such as best practices, community articles, and onboarding resourcesSharing customer insights with internal stakeholders to influence product strategy and innovationDriving consumption of key functionalities across SAP Signavio solutionsIdentifying and engaging customer advocates to support reference programs and success storiesQualifications / Your profile2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, Consulting, or similar customer-facing role in SaaS or ITSolid understanding of cloud software, preferably with experience in a subscription modelStrong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills across all levelsAbility to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders efficiently in a digital engagement modelComfortable balancing proactive outreach with reactive support in a pooled model (shared inbox)Motivation to build customer advocacy through relationships, trust, and shared success storiesProven track record of delivering business outcomes through scalable, customer-centric initiativesExperience with Business Process Management, SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, SAP Cloud ERP, or Gainsight is a plusFluent in French and English (written and verbal)Company & policiesSAP is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and provides accessibility accommodations to applicants with disabilities.
