Join the fast-growing Wearables / AI Smart Glasses industry! Reality Labs is seeking a Field Sales & Marketing Manager for our third-party retail channel. Reporting to the EMEA Field Sales Lead, this role involves overseeing staffing strategies, deployment, and measurement of Field Sales and Training Programs. The manager will translate Meta priorities into compelling retail sales and demo programs, liaising with outside agency partners to design and execute initiatives that reflect our brand mission. Responsibilities include managing staffing programs, coverage models, operations, sales, reporting, and strategic planning. The role also involves leveraging industry expertise to advise internal teams on strategic execution, impact, and innovation.
Field Sales & Marketing Manager - SEU Responsibilities:
* Grow sales revenue, market share, brand advocacy, and purchase consideration for Meta products.
* Build relationships with internal departments to consult on retail field program execution. Lead meetings to share results, strategize, define success, and innovate.
* Manage agency's field sales team performance, including metrics, budget, and ROI targets.
* Partner with staffing agencies to optimize coverage models quarterly, balancing field time across retailers, products, and channels.
* Facilitate communication with the agency team, reviewing performance metrics regularly.
* Accountable for results, addressing gaps, and driving growth.
* Own Quarterly Business Reviews and agency evaluations, motivating teams to add value and meet Meta goals.
* Contribute to event execution strategies, staffing plans, education, and reporting, including post-event analysis.
* Collaborate with Meta Training Lead on VR & Wearables content, deployment, and measurement.
* Report on industry activity, competitor positioning, retailer news, and customer issues to leadership.
* Analyze VR & Wearables staffing and sales impact with Data Science team.
* Manage budgets, contracts, purchase orders, and engagement with Finance, proactively reviewing spend reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
* 7+ years in the retail consumer electronics industry.
* 5+ years managing retail staffing agency programs or similar leadership roles.
* 5+ years managing retail staffing metrics, reporting, data tools, and analytics.
* Experience leading project management initiatives at retail, streamlining processes, troubleshooting, and innovating.
* Proven ability to manage relationships and consult cross-functionally with Sales and Channel teams.
* Knowledge of emerging technologies (AR/VR), GTM strategies, and retail execution.
* High accuracy, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills, capable of presenting strategies, results, and recommendations effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience at a consumer electronics manufacturer managing staffing or Brand Ambassador programs.
* Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and project management tools like Asana.
* Knowledge of local CE retail chains and penetration strategies.
* Experience in Wearables, AI, VR, or Gaming industries.
