Job Description
Pipeline Generation & Lead Sourcing: Own end-to-end lead generation; build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies: Digital, Offline, Referral.
Identify and acquire high‑potential OOH host partners such as convenience stores, pharmacies, transit hubs, real estate developers, and service networks.
Define and track Pipeline KPIs: leads per month, conversion rate, pipeline coverage.
Develop and deploy standardized partner qualification frameworks.
Negotiate and close agreements with speed and precision.
Marketing‑Led Demand Generation: Co‑create and execute marketing campaigns to drive consumer adoption and repeat usage.
Measure campaign ROI.
Partner with Marketing to develop co‑branded assets.
Job Requirements
5+ years in B2B partnership development, retail network expansion, or growth marketing; ideally in logistics, e-commerce, fintech, or mobility.
Strong negotiator, storyteller, and data interpreter.
Experience with team management.
Fluent in English; Chinese is a strong advantage.
