Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager with strong knowledge of SAP modules: FI, CO, COPA, SD, MM, PM, QM, PP, WM.
* Advanced knowledge and/or certification in SAP logistics modules (SD/MM).
* Strong coordination and service management skills with a solid logistical understanding.
* Ability to manage demand, assign tasks to external consultants, and progress.
* Occasional travel to Toledo.
