An international services company is looking for a Senior Manager Controlling with fluent German to lead financial reporting and controlling activities across a key region.
This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of controlling and reporting processes, and the ability to drive improvements in systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting and account reconciliations.
Lead the implementation of policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company objectives.
Drive process improvements through technology and automation.
Manage and develop a team of Controllers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Requirements:
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in controlling and financial reporting, including team management.
Strong knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) and Microsoft Office tools.
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
