Responsibilities :
1. Develop creative concepts, shoot, and edit all images for social media, ads, and email content in the form of photos, videos, and GIFs, maintaining a consistent look that is on-brand.
2. Proficient in Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign with ability to quickly edit photos.
3. Maintain our company library of images while ensuring all files are saved in the appropriate size and format for each platform.
4. Shootings will include:
5. Monthly mini shoots in our in-house studio with 2-4 models.
6. Shooting BTS (photo and video) - ongoing.
7. Flat lays - ongoing.
8. Schedule 4 major productions per year to coincide with each season's arrivals.
9. Create look books combining product and lifestyle photos - 2x per year.
10. Produce a monthly interview video with fashion designers sharing their experiences.
11. Research and stay current with new creative trends and insights, collaborating with the owner, marketing, and social media team to develop fresh content strategies.
12. Lead location and talent scouting for all shoots.
Qualifications :
1. 2+ years of professional photography/videography/editing experience.
2. Strong eye for product and lifestyle photography; e-commerce experience is preferred.
3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign).
4. Experience in setting up studio and on-location shoots.

We are open to Part-Time or Full-Time applicants. If Part-Time, you must commit to at least 15-20 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing hours in the future.
