Our Quality Department plays a key role in ensuring the highest standards of excellence and product compliance at every stage of production. As part of the team, you will work collaboratively to maintain and continuously improve the quality of our products, processes, and systems, safeguarding our outstanding reputation for quality. We are looking for a QMS Specialist to join our dynamic team of experts. Your main mission will be to support the Quality Management Manager in the proper implementation of quality systems, guaranteeing compliance with food safety standards. What you'll achieve You will manage quality assurance processes, provide crucial support during audits, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Systems, Standards & Certifications: You will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the QMS, ensuring a systematic approach and compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP, GLP, ISO 9001, IFS, and other applicable standards. You will also assist the HACCP team and provide support for product certifications (Halal, Kosher, FDA, MSC, ASC, Organic, SAE). Workflows & Corrective Actions: You will use QMS software to automate workflows, manage documents, and track nonconformities from recurring production incidents and customer complaints. You will actively verify processes and corrective actions to resolve quality and safety issues, supporting the implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). Audits & Service Providers: You will conduct internal process and hygiene audits, as well as routine inspections, and provide support during regulatory audits by natio
