We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) Lead to own and drive the activation of Sage’s accounting solutions across Spain and Portugal. This is a high-impact role where you’ll act as the local PMM lead and strategic advisor, ensuring the successful execution of Sage’s Winning in Europe, Iberia initiative.
You’ll be at the centre of the regional product marketing team, partnering with GTM, Sales, Partner, and Product teams to translate market insights into global strategy. Your leadership will shape how Sage connects with accountants across Iberia, ensuring our products are relevant, competitive, and trusted in the market.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll lead product marketing activity across Iberia, from launch and adoption through to long‑term engagement.
* Own and lead all aspects of product activation, including market launches, customer engagement, and adoption.
* Develop and champion localised messaging frameworks and value propositions tailored to accountant personas.
* Define and optimise the end‑to‑end customer journey, driving product‑led growth and retention.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with GTM, Sales, Partner, and Product teams to deliver impactful campaigns and enablement.
* Conduct competitive analysis and shape response strategies for key players such as Holded, Wolters Kluwer, Cegid, and others.
* Lead market research and customer discovery in Spanish and Portuguese to surface insights and inform strategy.
* Shape commercial models, pricing, and packaging to ensure local relevance and differentiation.
* Contribute to vertical strategies for segments such as embedded services and digital transformation.
* Represent the voice of the Spanish and Portuguese accountant, influencing global strategy and product roadmaps.
* Build visibility and trust within the local accountant community, acting as a recognised advocate for Sage.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a strategic, hands‑on marketing leader who thrives in dynamic, cross‑functional environments. You’ll be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (plus English) and bring a deep understanding of the accounting profession in Iberia. You’ll have proven senior experience in Product Marketing, Go‑to‑Market, or Commercial Strategy within B2B SaaS, fintech, or accounting software. You’re commercially minded, data‑driven, and able to connect insight to action — designing pricing models, propositions, and campaigns that deliver measurable results. You’ll be a confident communicator and storyteller, capable of influencing at senior levels and bringing teams together under a clear vision. Above all, you’re passionate about empowering accountants and driving market success across Spain and Portugal.
