As part of the Third-Party Energy Services team, the Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the commercial growth of Exus' service offering across Europe, with a strong focus on technical asset management (TCAM), and O&M-related services.
Business Development & Sales

Lead the full commercial cycle: client approach, proposal preparation, negotiation and closing.
Monitor market trends across European renewable energy markets, with a particular focus on the UK and other core geographies.
Provide structured market insights to senior management to support strategic decisions.
Contribute to defining Exus' positioning as a leading third-party service provider.
Marketing & Commercial Strategy
Support the development of marketing materials, proposals and client presentations.
Ensure consistency and quality of commercial documentation across geographies.
Collaborate with internal teams to define go-to-market strategies for new services.
Participate in industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to strengthen Exus' presence.
Support brand positioning and visibility in key European markets.
Coordinate closely with Operations, Finance, Legal and Asset Management teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of commercial proposals.
Support internal alignment between commercial strategy and operational capacity.
Contribute to improving internal commercial processes and tools (CRM, pipeline tracking, etc.).
Prepare regular reporting on pipeline, commercial performance and conversion rates.
University degree in Business, Economics, Economics, Energy or Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Industrial, Energy, or similar).
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development or marketing within the renewable energy sector.
Strong track record in managing commercial processes and successfully closing deals.
Fluent English (C1 level).
Spanish at a professional level is essential.
