Expert Engineer in Power Plant Technology
\n
. The Expert Engineer in Power plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing Power Generation Projects for our clients.
\n
Key responsibilities
\n
Development and supervision of hydraulic calculations, heat and material balance, utilities summaries and calculations.\nPrepare the respective reports and documentation.\nSupport other disciplines.\nPrepare P&IDs; / line list.
\n
Qualifications and desired attributes
\n
Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
\n
Experience: 10-15 years of experience in FEED and EPC.
\n
General Skills: Strong knowledge of engineering calculations in Combined cycle/ Coal fired/ Gas Fired boiler Projects.
\n
Technical Proficiency: High expertise in hydraulic calculation, process simulation, equipment design, instrumentation and valves specification and client comment management.
\n
Technical Skills:\nHydraulic calculations\nKKS for line designation\nControl valves calculations\nControl Narrative & C&E; matrix process development\nEquipment design\nInstrumentation specification.\nHeat and Material balance development (with ThermoFlow desirable)\nSurge analysis (water hammer) using AFT Impulse or equivalent\nUtilities Summary\nFunctional Descriptions
