Job Description:

We are looking for a B2C Customer Service Representative with mother tongue English and Spanish, who will elevate our service for a Multibrand group. Success in this role requires a passion for customer service, adaptability, and a challenge-loving attitude. This position reports to the B2C Customer Success Manager and offers flexible working options, including remote work from your home office or based out of our Barcelona office.

As the B2C Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to:

* Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in proficient English and Spanish, embodying our commitment to exceptional customer experiences.
* Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and information about motocross and mountain biking gear, apparel, and outerwear products.
* Maintain high product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and showcase your passion for our brand.
* Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer database to keep the rider community informed and satisfied.
* Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues, demonstrating teamwork.
* Identify and report customer feedback and trends to help improve our products and services, contributing to our rider-centric approach.

You have:

* Ability to adapt quickly to change, be flexible, and adjust effectively to new business challenges.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) to connect with our diverse global customer base.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, reflecting our dedication to customer satisfaction.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills for addressing unique customer needs.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

You might also have:

* Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and ZenDesk (a plus but not required).
* Previous customer service experience (a plus but not required).
* Knowledge of other European languages (a plus).
