A day in the life
You will work shifts at one of our operational sites, focusing on maintaining safety standards and process efficiency. Your daily tasks include managing your team, addressing escalations, implementing process improvements, and planning operational contingencies.
You will work with colleagues and external partners to meet customer demands and targets, analyzing data and performance metrics with business leaders, and discussing technical improvements with engineers.

The Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team is essential for Amazon’s delivery success. Using air, sea, and road transport, along with advanced sortation centers, our team ensures maximum efficiency in Amazon’s transportation network. We prioritize safety, innovation, and sustainability in our operations.
* A relevant degree and experience in people management
* Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including peers and leadership
* Experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence decisions
* Proficiency in verbal and written English and the local language
Preferred qualifications include experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, logistics environments, and MS Office tools. These are not mandatory but advantageous.
