Por favor, lea la descripción al menos una vez antes de hacer clic en "Solicitar".Are you looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to work in a unique, high-impact environment ?An environment where you will shape the IT workplace, security, network, and hosting platforms that support engineers delivering cutting-edge projects across Aeronautics, Space, Rail, Telecom, Automotive, Defense, Health, Science, Services, and Environment.Are you eager to work in a vibrant Mediterranean city, renowned for its exceptional food, lively nightlife, and thriving culture and creativity ?Would you like to join a team that truly values:Agility and adaptabilityThe voice of the customerChallenging assumptionsCollaborative languageAnd where meetings are about thinking together, not just reporting ?Join us at ALTEN!Job PurposeLead the end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives, and own a portfolio including Microsoft 365 migration, data center moves, network transformation, security rollout, and cloud initiatives, across multiple business units.Own the scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder alignment, while ensuring adherence to engineering and change management standards .Program & Project OwnershipTranslate strategic business outcomes into clear project scope, success criteria, and phased roadmaps .Develop integrated project plans, budgets, resource models, and procurement timelines .Lead governance activities including steering committees and stage gates, ensuring traceability from project charter to benefits realization .Delivery & ExecutionLead the successful delivery of initiatives such as:Microsoft 365 migrationsData center movesNetwork implementations (core, edge, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN), segmentation, OT/IoT connectivityCloud landing zones, hybrid cloud connectivity, identity integrationSecurity solutions : PAM, firewalls, WAFWorkplace modernization : Intune/MDM, collaboration tools, Copilot ChatBackup and DR orchestration, including resilience and failover testingCoordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Security, Applications, Operations, Vendors) with defined RACI models and scheduled change windows .Qualifications, Experience & SkillsEducation & CertificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related fieldPMP or PMI certification preferredExperience3–7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years managing mid-to-large-scale infrastructure projects (multi-site or enterprise-level)Demonstrated successful delivery in at least three of the following domains:Microsoft 365 migrationData center migrationNetwork core / SD-WAN implementation xqysrnhCloud / hybrid architecture projectsWorkplace / endpoint modernizationITSM rolloutTechnical & Tools ProficiencyProject Management Tools : MS Project (or equivalent), ServiceNow, Power BIMethodologies : Waterfall, hybrid, Agile (adapted for infrastructure projects)Strong knowledge of change and release management processesSoft SkillsStrong executive communication and stakeholder engagementAbility to navigate between central and regional business units in large and integral organizationsAnalytical thinking and structured problem-solvingConflict resolution and facilitation across diverse technical and business teamsLanguages, Location & Work ModelEnglish is mandatorySpanish, Italian, or French is a strong plusOffice-based role in BarcelonaWorkFlex policy: 50% hybrid working model
