Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand needs and design optimal data solutions, fostering a data-driven culture.Lead strategic prototyping workshops to clarify objectives through quick feedback and collaborate across Global Technology Shared Services to implement solutions.Differentiate approaches for self-service BI versus corporate BI solutions, including data source selection and ETL processes.Improve reporting efficiencies by standardizing practices, and provide training for Power BI report designers, data modelers, and report consumers.Act as a Power BI evangelist, staying updated on technology trends and guiding use cases, including when alternatives might be more suitable.Contribute to the Power Platform Centre of Excellence, establishing governance structures for Power BI deployment.Assess adoption and satisfaction, working with product teams and UX specialists.Be a change ambassador, collaborating creatively at all levels.What UST expects from you :
Over 10 years of experience as a Data Engineer, skilled in data analysis, modeling, and ETL design.Expertise in SQL, with performance tuning skills for large datasets.Understanding of enterprise big data architectures.Extensive experience with reporting and analytics solutions, including Azure Synapse, Azure SQL Database, SSAS.Knowledge of Azure Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Factory.Experience with Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Power BI.Understanding of the full SDLC, including Azure DevOps and Visual Studio for CI / CD.Knowledge of security models within data estates.Proficiency in English (C1 level), working with international teams.Nice to have :
