We are looking for a vibrant
Logistics Manager
to coordinate and oversee warehouse and logistics operations, with a strong focus on inbound and outbound flows and service level excellence. The role will be based home office, hybrid with warehouse in Cabanillas del Campo (Madrid) and will work closely with internal teams and external partners across Europe.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinate and oversee logistical operations, with a focus on inbound and outbound flows.
* Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, transport providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure high service levels and compliance with agreed KPIs.
* Monitor warehouse performance in terms of productivity, accuracy, and processing times, defining and implementing corrective actions when required.
* Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
* Collaborate with the customer team to anticipate and proactively manage operational changes.
* Ensure full compliance with local and European regulations related to logistics, transportation, and workplace health and safety.
* Lead, coach, and develop warehouse operational teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Analyze logistics data and prepare regular performance reports for senior management, proposing improvements based on KPIs and data insights.
SKILLS AND ATTITUDES
* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
* 5–7 years of experience in a logistics management role, preferably within fashion or retail environments.
* Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and inbound/outbound logistics flows.
* Advanced proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and data analysis tools (advanced Excel, BI tools).
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
