We are expanding our global operations and are looking for a Coordinator/ Team Lead of BDRs to lead our team in Spain. As Coordinator/ Team Lead of BDRs, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and scaling the Business Development Representatives (BDRs) team, ensuring the generation of qualified leads and directly contributing to the company's growth in the region.
Responsibilities:
* Team Management: Lead and develop the BDR team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
* Strategic Prospecting: Create and execute data-driven outbound prospecting strategies aligned with the sales funnel.
* KPI Analysis: Monitor and optimize conversion metrics, sales cycle time, and prospecting efficiency.
* Use of HubSpot: Implement and enhance sales and prospecting processes within the CRM, ensuring the team makes effective use of the tool.
* Training and Development: Equip BDRs with sales techniques, commercial pitches, and consultative approaches.
* Alignment with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to define lists and segmentation of qualified leads.
* Adaptation to the Spanish Market: Ensure that approach strategies are aligned with the culture and purchasing behavior in Spain.
* Sales Relationship: Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead handoff and maximize closed opportunities.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Team Lead, Coordinator, or Supervisor of BDRs or SDRs.
* Residence in Madrid, Spain or available to work locally.
* Native Spanish speaker and Advanced English Skills.
* Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions.
* Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRMs) and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, among others.
* Knowledge of outbound sales techniques and B2B prospecting.
* Ability to lead remote teams and ensure performance across different markets.
* Good communication, organization, and ability to create scalable processes.

* Experience in the technology and SaaS industry.
* Knowledge of the Spanish technology market, startups, and innovation.
* Experience in international markets and operational expansion.
* Familiarity with methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, Predictable Revenue.
* Portuguese language skills.
