**Job Purpose** 
The **Supply Chain Analyst SD/MM (f/m/d)** contribute to global projects involving SAP configuration, system maintenance, user support, and data management. This individual will need to possess a comprehensive understanding of the SD/MM/WMS modules of SAP system and will be the expert supporting global supply chain projects aligned with E2E supply chain strategy. 
**Key Responsibilities** 
**Business Process Analysis**: 
- Analyze supply chain processes, identify improvements, and implement SAP solutions for enhanced productivity. 
- Translate global business requirements into technical specifications for SAP development teams. 
- Provide training to global business teams on effectively communicating requirements. 
**Documentation, Training & Support**: 
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for general SAP configurations, processes, and user guides. 
- Provide ongoing training to end-users globally, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing SAP tools. 
- Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals and e-learning modules for global teams. 
- Provide timely technical support to end-users globally, resolving SAP-related issues. 
- Conduct regular training sessions to empower users with the knowledge to navigate SAP effectively. 
**SAP Configuration**: 
- Configure SAP modules globally to meet business requirements, fostering continuous improvement and efficiency gains. 
- Develop and deliver training sessions to global end-users on Supply Chain processes. 
- Lead the creation of iDOCs/interfaces for SAP 
WMS and develop comprehensive test cases for external WMS introduction/SAP interfaces. 
**Data Management & Quality**: 
- Manage SAP Supply chain data globally, including extraction, transformation, loading, and ensuring data integrity. 
- Implement data management best practices globally and train team members on data quality measures. 
- Collaborate with global IT teams to integrate SAP with other systems for data consistency. 
**Requirements needed**: 
**Education and experience**: 
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or software engineering or related field 
- 5+ years of SAP SD/MM implementation and maintenance experience. 
- Proficiency in SAP customization, configuration, and troubleshooting. 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD, MM, and EDI configuration. 
- SAP certification in SD, MM, PP, and/or WM is a plus. 
- Ability to interact with business users and team members effectively. 
- Familiarity with digital technologies and process design.
