We are looking for a Data Visualization Engineer.
What would your duties be?
* Design and build advanced dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.
* Define and standardize KPIs, ensuring their auditability and governance.
* Develop modular pipelines with dbt and optimize data models in Snowflake.
* Apply UI/UX principles to create accessible and user-friendly data products.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable analytics.
* Ensure quality through documentation, version control, and governance practices.
* Participate in rapid prototyping and iterative cycles within the DATA LAB.
Which are the requirements for this position?
* BI Tools: Advanced Tableau and Power BI (parameters, actions, DAX/LOD).
* Data Engineering: Advanced SQL, Snowflake (warehouse design, RBAC, performance), dbt (modular pipelines, tests, lineage).
* KPIs and Analytics: Metric design, targets, standardization, auditability.
* UI/UX for Data: Information hierarchy, visual encoding, accessibility, usability testing.
* Collaboration and Communication: Stakeholder engagement, data storytelling.
* Quality and Governance: Documentation, KPI catalogs, versioning, access controls.
* Working proficient English is a must
