Overview
Bunge is seeking an experienced Product Delivery Manager to join the Product Delivery team within the Product Development group of the Business Technology (BT) organization. The role is to drive product delivery for a specified business domain, coordinating multiple products and partnering with Domain BT Partners, Product Owners, and the BT CoE team. The position reports to the Head of Product Delivery in the BT Product Development organization. Location: Barcelona Hub, Barcelona, Spain.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Product Owners and Domain’s Business Technology Partners to understand vision and create realistic roadmaps and timelines for product delivery.
* Work with Product Delivery teams (analysts, developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations) to ensure requirements are understood and implementation plans align with expectations.
* Ensure common understanding between Product Owner and Product Delivery team on implementing requirements.
* Ensure availability of resources required to deliver products within the committed timeline.
* Ensure alignment of products with the company’s architecture and technology guidelines/standards.
* Ensure completeness and validity of the product delivery process.
* Document and mitigate potential delivery risks identified in the process.
* Closely track and document execution, key decisions, and delivery of increments; support the PO in reporting updates to business and BT.
* Interface with stakeholders inside and outside the Domain to remove roadblocks that could impact delivery timelines.
* Monitor capacity and performance of Product Delivery teams and address gaps related to capacity or skillset.
* Coordinate engagement with SOW vendors and MSPs within the Domain.
* Drive alignment between technology, business, and product to ensure successful and valuable outcomes.
* Answer incoming questions about the products within the Domain.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in IT product or project management (experience managing multiple technology products preferred).
* 3+ years of experience operating in an Agile context.
* Experience defining product backlogs and helping Scrum teams overcome obstacles to deliver technology products.
* Demonstrated ability to establish clear milestones and deliver against committed timelines.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, develop business and technical knowledge, and drive issue resolution.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to translate between technical and business contexts.
* Belief in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust.
