The WMS Support Analyst supports and maintains, ensuring effective system configuration, integration, and best-practice processes. The role acts as a key liaison between business, operations, and IT, supports WMS implementations and user training at facilities, and 24/7 on-call support as part of the IT Supply Chain Systems team.

Responsibilities
* Providing support for the WMS software and integration into customers or other systems.
* Acting as the WMS key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, and suppliers.
* Developing best practice in WMS processes.
* Assisting with implementing WMS software at the facilities. This includes training end users in using the software.
* Assisting on other applications as required such as TMS.
* Participate in Dry Runs and other meetings as necessary.
* Collaborate with Operations Support Europe and global IT to ensure WMS support meets long-term needs
* Participate in the change management process.
* Participates in 24/7 support on call schedule
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience supporting and ongoing maintenance for WMS, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central V27 or later.
* Strong knowledge of enterprise IT applications, architectures and supply chain business processes and data flows.
* Ability to interface with members of senior management and cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrates a forward-thinking approach to projects and problem resolution.
* Knowledge of warehousing and warehouse industries.
* Demonstrated planning, task organizing and execution skills.
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
* Ability to work remotely and independently.
* Strong customer service orientation
