You will establish a single source of truth for IT Operations performance, enabling transparent, data-driven decision-making across a complex, multi-vendor environment.
This role is critical to eliminating ambiguity in SLA/KPI reporting and strengthening executive-level service governance.
What You Will Drive
1. Build and own the end-to-end operational data architecture for IT service performance
2. Establish trusted, standardized SLA/KPI logic across all domains and vendors
3. Enable real-time, automated performance visibility through scalable dashboards
4. Strengthen vendor accountability by validating and governing performance data
5. Drive cross-domain transparency to support faster, better operational decisions
6. Reduce manual reporting effort through automation and data optimization
How You Will Make a Difference
7. Turn fragmented operational data into actionable insights for leadership
8. Eliminate SLA disputes through clear, governed KPI definitions
9. Enable Service Delivery Managers and Domain Owners to drill down into performance drivers
10. Partner with data and operations teams to continuously improve data quality and usability
What You Bring
11. Proven track record in data engineering within IT Operations environments
12. Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and modern data pipelines (ETL)
13. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and cloud platforms (ideally Azure / Databricks)
14. Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus)
15. Experience in multi-vendor service environments
16. Solid understanding of IT service management (ITIL) and performance governance
17. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business impact
