Your role will focus on acquiring new suppliers in Southern Europe to expand our assessed company network, increase response rates, and enhance the onboarding experience.
You will act as a trusted advisor, influencing customers' initial and ongoing interactions with us. This position involves engaging with EcoVadis customers (buyers and suppliers) and internal teams to deliver high-quality service and promote EcoVadis values.
Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers via phone, email, tickets, webinars, etc., guiding them through onboarding, resolving queries, and encouraging adoption of our EV solution in Southern Europe.
* Identify high-value customers and use tailored outreach and sales tactics to engage them successfully.
* Manage and monitor your portfolio to maximize conversions.
* Proactively nurture your pipeline, re-engage customers, and optimize inflow.
* Manage tasks independently, demonstrate commercial awareness, and identify business opportunities proactively.
* Identify and mitigate risks to successful evaluation completion, becoming a CSR expert to handle objections.
* Record insights and feedback, reporting proactively to team leaders and management to close gaps between customer expectations and participation.
* Drive KPIs such as conversion rate and quality score.
* Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
* Experience in sales, upselling, or inside sales preferred, with comfort in proactive outreach.
* At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
* Ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in French or other languages is a plus.
* Comfortable presenting to large groups.
* Team player, autonomous, and proactive.
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software preferred.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Motivated to improve customer experience and suggest innovations.
Location:
Barcelona - Hybrid (4 days a month from the office)
