Job Description:
Ferrovial Energía focuses on promoting a sustainable, clean economy through innovative solutions in renewable energy infrastructure, including generation, storage, and transmission. We also provide energy efficiency solutions for clients.
Mission:
Collaborate with the project manager to lead and manage work production.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a production team to meet objectives safely and efficiently.
* Plan and schedule production, including resource and material management, and coordinate with other departments.
* Implement and uphold quality and safety standards.
* Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Architecture.
* Experience in executing concrete structures.
* At least 3 years in production management.
* English proficiency is a plus.
