Job Description- Be the first contact point for customers, delivering a strong first impression and establishing the foundation for long-term customer relationships.- Manage the sales process from lead to purchase;
serve as the primary contact for clients, leading sales strategies, overcoming objections, and negotiating success.- Engage with small and medium businesses across various industries to identify their needs and opportunities to fulfill them using Microsoft cloud technologies.- Focus on delivering a world-class customer engagement experience for Microsoft’s customers and prospects.- Secure customer wins for Microsoft Cloud by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.- Present competitive offerings and solutions tailored to customer needs and experiences.- Effectively communicate how customers can derive value and envision their future with Microsoft technologies, both verbally and in writing.- Convert prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue by applying criteria such as BANT (budget, authority, need, timeline).- Achieve and surpass targets for new revenue and sales pipeline;
accurately forecast sales, pipeline, and usage;
contact approximately 200 leads and create 30 opportunities per month, maintaining high activity levels (~60-90 activities/day).- Utilize social media, digital channels, video, chat, phone, and demonstrations to reach, engage, and sell to Microsoft customers effectively.- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights back to the business as the “Voice of Customer.”Requirements- High school diploma required;
a BA/4-year degree is preferred.- 2-3+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 1 year in the IT industry, and 1 year in account or customer management.- Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including retail sales, internships, or entrepreneurial programs.- Experience with or knowledge of Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions is preferred.- Microsoft Fundamentals certification in Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps is a plus.- Self-motivated with a proven track record of high performance and goal achievement;
capable of working independently and taking ownership of personal development.- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
comfortable with phone,email, video, and presentation interactions.- Basic understanding of the IT industry, with the ability to quickly learn and retain product and solution knowledge.- Results-oriented personality, motivated by exceeding sales goals through strategic leadership and collaboration.- Strong time management skills, high integrity, and ability to work independently or under supervision.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and CRM systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.- Passion for cloud technologies and innovation.- Language skills:
Intermediate or Fluent in English (verbal and written);
