In this role you will be a critical part of the Apeel organization, creating reports for the senior leadership team. Ideally this position will be based in Valencia, Spain, but can be performed remotely with travel up to 20% of the time. Please note this is a Maternity cover position for approximately 6 months.**What You'll Do**- Leverage data to create and maintain financial and operational dashboards, reports, and metrics that enable business stakeholders to make better decisions and a rational use of resources- Analyze and draw conclusions based on operating data and working time/scheduling- Support KPI and OKR definition process, including reporting cadence and structure; comprehensive variance analysis; identification of trends, gaps, and risk/opportunity areas within the business; and communication with key members of the senior management team- Work with management and business users to identify report gaps, design report specifications, and test developed reports- Identify opportunities for improvements and enhancements using lean manufacturing practices, value stream mapping skills, PFD or general process mapping skills to maximize the use of Oracle/SINSENSE throughout the organization- Overview and report on the OPEX budget of the Operations team, providing budget distribution proposals to the leadership team- Be the key user for SISENSE & Oracle and provide ERP training to new team members and anyone needing a refresher training- Oversee and audit the quality of the data input into the system- Validate and consolidate data received from the Quality/Process and Operations teams**What You Bring**- Good knowledge of financial & operational processes, reporting and accounting- 5+ years of experience working in produce, production, or manufacturing environment and working with operations KPI's and costs- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish (English will be a plus)- Experience in reporting to senior management- Budgeting knowledge, being able to create and follow budgets and notice deviations- Proficient in using SISENSE, Oracle, and Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, MatLab, Grafana, or similar- Outstanding analytical skills- Willing to travel regionally, nationally, and internationally as needed is required (up to 20%)
