We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Madrid. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring a high-quality support experience and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
Troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalates when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a high standard of service
Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex cases
Meet performance targets and KPIs (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction)
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and good command of English (B2 or higher)
Previous experience in customer support or a client-facing role is an advantage
Strong communication xpzdshu and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Team player with a proactive attitude
