We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager for a leadingrestaurant group in the United States. This role is designed for an ambitious, "hunter"professional who thrives on driving business growth, building a robust client portfolio, andcontributing to the success of our catering and events operations. The ideal candidate will befocused on securing new business, expanding relationships with corporate clients, eventagencies, and key industry players, while promoting both in-restaurant and off-site cateringservices.Key Responsibilities:● Sales & Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying and securingnew business opportunities with corporate clients, event agencies, and potentialpartners. This includes selling group events, buyouts, and bespoke catering solutions forexternal venues.● Lead Generation & CRM Strategy: Implement CRM strategies to track, manage, andoptimize lead generation and conversion, ensuring that business development efforts arefocused and results-driven.● Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to design targetedcampaigns aimed at corporate clients. Use analytics to track and optimize outreachefforts for maximum lead generation.● Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business development strategies that alignwith the company's long-term goals and market trends, ensuring sustained growth in theevents and catering sector.● Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture dynamic relationships with existingclients and prospects, ensuring exceptional communication and service delivery tailoredto the American market's expectations.● Event Solutions Sales: Promote bespoke catering and event solutions, includingin-restaurant group bookings, buyouts, and high-end off-site catering experiences,working with clients to customize events to meet their needs.● Market Presence & Networking: Represent the company at key industry events,conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility, build relationships,and generate sales leads.● Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Set measurable sales goals, track progress,and regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales targets, leadconversion rates, and market penetration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:● Proven Hunter Mentality: A demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding salestargets, with a strong focus on new business acquisition in the catering and eventssector.● Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales or business development, preferably within thecatering, events, or hospitality industry. Experience with corporate clients and high-endevent sales is a plus.● CRM Expertise: Strong ability to implement and optimize CRM strategies to enhancelead management, track sales performance, and convert leads into successful businessopportunities.● Strategic Vision: Proven ability to create and execute business development plans thatalign with company goals and drive substantial growth.● Leadership & Collaboration: While this is primarily a sales-focused role, the ability towork collaboratively with cross-functional teams, particularly marketing and eventoperations, is essential to achieving sales objectives.● PR and Networking Skills: Excellent communication and public relations skills, with theability to represent the company in high-stakes situations and at industry events.● Adaptability: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, events, andconferences. Flexibility to relocate to the United States is a plus.● Cultural Competence: Familiarity with the American market and its corporate culture isa plus, though not required.● Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. xqysrnh
