Purpose
In close collaboration with NY & Paris Global Supply Teams, the Divisional Planning Manager will take over a cross-functional responsibility driving a new strategic segment with Marc Jacob Beauty from a Global lifecycle and Demand management.
On top, he will carry on transversal responsibilities to leverage the end-to-end operational execution within Coty Supply Chain such as S&OP forums, Volume PF/AOP and Excess Management.
The Manager will lead a Team of Senior Global Demand Planners based in Barcelona, which includes the Senior GDP Giftsets, Non-saleable, and Long Term. All those roles will embrace also transversal activities such as catalogue management, launch monitoring, forecast accuracy reporting, license management, …
Key Measures

3. Innovation Forecast Accuracy (SPP3 during Year 1)
4. VAR on Saleable (incl. sets) and non-Saleable
Key Responsibilities
5. Global lifecycle and Demand management for MJ Beauty: Prepare sizing based on all internal/external benchmark & assumptions, and monitor demand evolution weekly/monthly (incl. operational forecast).
6. Excess management: Lead the monthly cycle of data collection & root causes analysis + share monthly VAR list to Markets following priority calls for Global Value Mgt and E Com channels.
7. Giftset demand management: Lead giftset offering Prometheus process & track giftset shipment vs. forecast progression.
8. Non-Saleable demand management: Monitor demand evolution, ensure demand completeness for testers/samples and perform monthly valuation of forecast & compare vs. Previous cycle / YA / financial budget / commercial ratio guidance.
9. Volume AOP / PF: Build demand volume AOP/PF for Manufacturing (global SKU level) and Logistic (BU/DC level by div) Teams.
10. S&OP Forums: Run regional/global S&OP consolidation, prepare and participate to all Supply & Procurement meetings.
