We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager for an 18-week fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave. This role is remote, based in Spain.
As a strategic storyteller, you will craft compelling product positioning and lead go-to-market activations that drive revenue. Reporting to an Associate Director of Product Marketing, you'll shape strategy, positioning, messaging, and oversee a team of product marketers.
In this role, you will...
* Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
* Define and refine product positioning and messaging to communicate value propositions.
* Lead planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates.
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends.
* Develop marketing collateral to support sales and marketing efforts.
* Collaborate with sales to provide tools, training, and resources.
* Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine features and messaging.
* Monitor competitors' strategies and marketing efforts.
* Establish KPIs to measure campaign and initiative success.
* Work cross-functionally with product development, sales, and marketing teams.
Qualifications...
* 5+ years in product marketing with successful product launches.
* Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
* Creative, innovative, and project management abilities.
* Experience with marketing tools (CRM, analytics, CMS).
* Experience in learning, talent, or HCM software is a plus.
