For our office in Zaragoza, we are looking for a talented candidates who share our enthusiasm for supply chain management and will take an active part in developing 4flow’s business in Spain with a new customer, a global iconic perfume and cosmetic brand.
What your new challenge will look like
You will be hired as a coordinator in transportation management for the 4flow management business line. In this position, you will be responsible for managing shipments in day-to-day business and regular operations as well as for customer satisfaction in your area of responsibility. In particular, this will include the following tasks:
1. Ensuring the smooth operation of daily transportation processes
2. Achieving and maintaining the quality and performance standards specified by our customers
3. Technical management of a team in continuous execution of transportation in our customers’ logistics networks
4. Daily coordination of regular tasks conducted by global operations team
5. Onboarding, Guidance & Training of the global team
6. Working in tight coordination with your manager and the project management team
7. Driving continuous improvement together with the team and the customer
8. Strong relationship building with the new customer organization

10. You demonstrate in your application that you have at least 2 years of experience in the field of supply chain and logistics (relevant practical experience in the transportation industry: road, air and sea)

12. You are confident in using IT systems and have strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
13. You are interested in the field of logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic and international environment
